A Service Technician is a self-starter that will deliver the desired customer service experience, with service success that improves customer satisfaction, maximizes customer retention, and increases profitability.
JOB
Responsibilities:
oProvide service and customer support during field visits or dispatchesoTie workflow to scheduleoManage all on site installation, repair, maintenance, and test tasksoComplete mechanical repairs on various types of pumps and air compressoroDiagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions on equipment.
oProduce timely and detailed service reportsoDocument processesoOperate vehicle in a safe manner and use field automation systemsoFollow all company's filed procedures and protocolsoCooperate with technical team and share information across the organizationoComprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings within capabilities.
oBuild positive relationship with customersJOB REQUIREMENTS:
oHigh School diploma and/or equivalent in work experienceoExcellent interpersonal skills, proficient in oral and written communicationsoAssembly experience preferredoBasic reading skills.
Must be able to follow directionsoAbility to troubleshoot, test, repair, and service technical equipmentoAbility to lift up to 50 lbs.
oAbility to perform work accurately and thoroughlyoAbility to use thinking and reasoning to solve a problem and to think in such a way as to produce a new concept or ideaoAbility to work flexible shifts and to adapt to changing work schedulesoFamiliarity with mobile tools and applicationsoFamiliarity with the use of laptop computer and mobile devicesoMust have valid driver's license and acceptable MVR at all times
