Inventory Analyst (1568-146)

This position plays a vital role in the inventory monitoring and management throughout our multiple locations. Works closely with the sales management and finance teams to coordinate and the maintain optimum inventory levels required for current company operations. Plays a key role in analyzing sales and seasonal trends to categorize all items as A, B,C to establish optimum min/ max levels for our sales warehouses.
Primary Responsibilities/Essential Functions:
Collect, compile and consolidate data from Oracle and the sales management team into a cohesive tool that can be used to help create monthly forecasts
Analyze current stock levels to identify potential shortages or excesses and determine appropriate action
Given historical and forecasted demand patterns make recommendations to stock level changes where necessary
Ensure that all current inventory and surplus sources have been properly explored prior to procuring additional material
Work closely with finance team to reduce/ eliminate OSMI items at each field location
Assist supervisor with cycle counting approval by investigating discrepancies and finding root cause
Daily analysis of all transactions in and out of warehouses
Minimize overstock items and coordinate the removal of slow moving/ obsolete materials
Item maintenance in Oracle (activating items, obsoleting items, min/ max levels and item creation)
Ensure equipment is ready and available, minimize outages
Implement improvement process and systems to reduce inventory while maintaining 99% on time delivery
Create purchase requests in Oracle and submit to purchasing department
Help perform and manage annual physical inventory as well as daily cycle count program
Ensure incoming equipment is received in a timely manner including entering the receipts and investigating packing slip discrepancies. Forward paperwork to corporate office daily.

Required Experience
Four or more years' experience analyzing and collecting data from multiple sources
Oracle experience a plus
Required Education, Licensing, and Certifications:
Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or University.
or equivalent education and/or experience.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
